Hi! I'm Tobias.

Movement has always been part of my life. Over time, I realized that movement changed far more than my physique, it sharpened my mind, helped me build discipline, and helped me find balance again.

There was a period in my life when things got out of control. I lost structure, gained weight, drank too much, and felt disconnected from myself.

That was the moment I decided to use training differently, not just to get in shape, but to regain control of my life.

Sport became my medicine. It gave me clarity, stability, and balance when I needed it most.
